In 1923, Lady Aileen Roberts gave Elsie Reford this magnificent fishing log, sporting a leather cover. From 1906 to 1923, Elsie transcribed the information she collected during her fishing trips to the rivers of New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Métis. The text is pleasantly illustrated with many souvenirs: drawings, photographs and even a fly-fishing lure!
